How does a hydraulic lift work?
Hydraulic lift is mainly through the hydraulic oil pressure transmission so as to achieve the lifting function, its shear fork mechanical structure, so that the lift has higher stability, wide operating platform and higher carrying capacity, so that the range of high altitude operation is larger, and suitable for many people working at the same time. It makes working at altitude more efficient and safer.

Hydraulic lift is a walking mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, electric control mechanism, support mechanism composed of a lifting machine equipment. The hydraulic oil enters into the lower end of the cylinder through the oil filter, flameproof solenoid directional valve, throttle valve, liquid-controlled check valve and balance valve to make the piston of the cylinder move upward and lift heavy objects. The oil returned from the upper end of the cylinder returns to the oil tank through the flameproof solenoid directional valve. The rated pressure is adjusted through the relief valve.

Working principle:
The hydraulic oil enters into the lower end of the cylinder through the oil filter, flameproof solenoid directional valve, throttle valve, liquid-controlled check valve and balance valve to make the piston of the cylinder move upward and lift heavy objects. The oil returned from the upper end of the cylinder returns to the oil tank through the flameproof solenoid directional valve. The rated pressure is adjusted through the relief valve.

The piston of the cylinder moves down (i.e. the weight drops). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and the oil return at the lower end of the cylinder returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, liquid-controlled check valve, throttle valve and flameproof electromagnetic directional valve. In order to make the weight drop smoothly, the braking is safe and reliable, the balance valve is set on the oil return circuit, the balance circuit, maintain the pressure, so that the speed of decline is not changed by the weight, the throttle valve to adjust the flow, control the lifting speed. In order to make the braking safe and reliable and prevent accidents, the hydraulic control check valve, namely hydraulic lock, is added to ensure the safety of self-lock in the case of accidental rupture of the hydraulic pipeline. Overload sound alarm is installed to distinguish overload or equipment failure.

Electrical control system through the explosion-proof button SB1-SB6 to control the motor rotation, flameproof type solenoid directional valve reversal, to keep the load up or down, and through the "LOGO" program to adjust the time delay, avoid the motor frequently start and affect the service life.
