Adjustment method for the running-in period of CD type wire rope electric hoist

As a small lifting equipment, the CD type wire rope electric hoist needs a period of running-in at the beginning of use so that the electric hoist can work stably in the later period. So what kind of running-in work needs to be done in the early stage?

1. Add lubricating oil before use

The newly manufactured CD-type electric hoist has just been processed. Although it has passed the factory inspection, the gaps between the various parts are too close, and the cooperation between the various parts is not very tacit. Therefore, lubricating oil needs to be added in accordance with the specifications in the initial stage so that the various components can undergo constant friction and tacit understanding under the action of lubricating oil.

2. Do not run at full load during initial use.

The CD-type electric hoist will cause wear to various components in the early running-in period. Full-load operation will accelerate the loss of components. In severe cases, it will cause the components of the CD1 wire rope electric hoist to become loose and reduce its performance.

3. Pay attention to detail adjustments during installation

During the installation process, the equipment may not be installed in the appropriate position, so the position of the equipment must be adjusted in time according to the actual situation during use.

The above is the running-in work that needs to be done for the CD-type electric hoist in the early stage of use. If you have other questions, please feel free to call our staff.
