What are the advantages of electric hoists compared to traditional cranes?

With the development of industry, electric hoists are increasingly used in daily life in society, which has brought convenience to people's daily life and operation to a great extent.

1. The electric hoist overweight machine adopts a standard chain bag design, which can collect the internal chain to avoid the influence of excess chain on the working power of the machine itself. Traditional cranes do not have this feature. The chain is loose and the chain does not react in time when the machine is working, which will greatly reduce the working efficiency of the machine.

2. The motor equipment of the electric hoist is sealed in the steel ring cylindrical structure shell. This posture not only makes loading and unloading easier, but also makes subsequent maintenance and protection work very convenient, and it can also protect the motor very well. Ensure that the motor is not affected by external factors.

3. The braking system is a multi-disc Wu motor. The system enables operators to accurately control the equipment and complete some industrial operations with high precision. Moreover, this braking system has another advantage: when the equipment has defects, the operation of the machine can be suspended immediately, and the various components of the equipment can be carefully checked in time to minimize the harm caused by equipment defects.

4. Clutch with overload protection device. Compared with ordinary cranes, this clutch has higher safety and reliability. In actual lifting operations, the objects to be lifted are often large, and it is impossible to accurately assess the internal composition and material of the object. When the equipment is working, the weight of the object may exceed the level planning of the machine, causing harm to the machine itself. However, with the overload protection clutch device, this can be perfectly prevented. When the weight of the object exceeds the plan that the equipment can bear, it will automatically work intermittently to prevent the machine from hurting itself.
