The oil leakage of manual pallet trucks is generally caused by the following two reasons.
First, the oil seal is too tight or too loose. If the oil seal is too tight for a long time, it is easy to lose its original elasticity. Once the elasticity is lost, the gap will not be blocked and filled, and hydraulic pressure will appear under the action of pressure. In the case of oil spillage, if it is too loose, the seal will not be solid, which will also accompany oil leakage.
Second, there are problems with the accessories of the hydraulic system, which are mostly caused by illegal operations, such as overloaded lifting operation, and manual pallet trucks are often severely bumped.
